Kokroko Vocational Technical School Closed Down

 

 

The Kokroko Technical and Vocation Institute established in 2016...

- The  technical and vocational institute was instituted to train graduates of Junior and Senior Secondary schools to become self-employed after skills training such as Fashion, Electricals, ceramics and many more technical skills training through the school  inaugurated at Bamiri in Techiman municipality.

The Secondary Technical School that Started in 2016 with Students admitted fresh students for 2017, 18 19 consecutively. Due to  Unknown reasons the school has been closed down

Information gathered says students in the school registered in different schools to write their final exam and others to pursue their courses, leaving the Teachers no option to get transfered.

People of the Bamiri community was shocked to hear that the school has been closed down. 

Many of the people are of the view that  leaders of the community have not worked hard enough to make sure that Either the Government or the Education service comes to a round table discussion concerning issues related to closure of the school
