Update on Captain Smart's Arrest -|| STEPUP GHANA

 

The Police today, Thursday, December 9, 2021, arraigned Captain Smart at Circuit Court 7. He pleaded not guilty to the charge of offensive conduct conducive to the breach of the peace under Section 207 of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29).

The court admitted him to bail in the sum of Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 100,000.00) with one surety to be justified.

The case has been adjourned to January 11, 2022. Meanwhile, he is to report to the Police every Tuesday and Friday.
